East West Rail Prospectus published
The East West Rail Consortium has published a Prospectus for the western section of the proposed railway.
Setting out why the railway link is essential to help drive economic growth along the route, the Prospectus sets out what East West Rail will do for business; for housing, jobs and growth; and for people who live and work along the route.
The Prospectus has been submitted to the Department for Transport in support of the ongoing evaluation of the project by the Department for inclusion in the High Level Output Specification (HLOS) for the funding period 2014 – 19.
